How it works
From looking to booked, without an enquiry form
Most directories hand you a contact form and a wait. This one hands you a calendar.
Say what you need
Filter by area of practice, language, city, and whether you want to meet in person or online. The filters show how many practitioners each option would leave you.
Pick a time that exists
Profiles show real open slots in your own timezone, not a request form. Choose one and it is yours.
Meet, then decide
Join online or attend in person. Message your practitioner through the platform, leave a review afterwards, and rebook in two taps if it was right.
What holds it together
The guarantees behind each step, and where they are enforced.
Credentials are checked
Every practitioner submits registration and insurance documents, and the platform verifies them before a profile can be found in search.
Real availability, not a request
The calendar you see is the practitioner’s own. A slot you book is held the moment you book it — the database refuses a second booking for the same hour.
Payment is held, not handed over
Card details go to Stripe and never touch Wellbeing4me™. Practitioners are paid out after the session, so a booking that does not happen is not a payment you chase.
Your notes stay yours
Session notes and identity documents are encrypted at rest, and the database itself refuses one practitioner access to another’s records.
