Booking

Does it cost anything to search or book?
No. Searching and booking are free. You pay the practitioner’s own fee for the session, shown in full on their profile before you book, and no booking fee is added at checkout.
What if I need to cancel?
Each practitioner sets a cancellation window in hours, shown on their profile and again before you confirm. Cancel before it and you are refunded automatically; inside it, the practitioner decides.
Are the times on a profile in my timezone?
Yes. Practitioners set their hours in their own timezone, and every time you see is converted to the timezone your device reports. The zone is printed beside the times.

Safety and privacy

Is this a crisis service?
No. Wellbeing4me™ arranges planned appointments. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now; in Australia that is 000. Do not wait for a booking.
Who can see my information?
The practitioner you book sees what you share with them. Messages are encrypted at rest, and row-level security in the database refuses one practitioner access to another practitioner’s clients, rather than trusting the application to remember to check.
How are practitioners checked?
Professional registration and insurance are submitted and verified before a profile appears in search. An expiring credential suspends the profile until it is renewed.

For practitioners

What does it cost to be listed?
The Standard plan is free. Paid plans add more services and features. A completed booking carries a 15% platform commission, taken from the practitioner’s fee rather than added to the client’s.
How long does verification take?
It depends on the queue. The portal shows your place in the queue and the typical decision time while you wait, so verification is never a black box.
What happens when my registration renews?
You and the trust and safety team both see a 90-day countdown. Upload the renewed document before the expiry date and your profile stays in search.
